Use this form to exchange items of less than or equal value only: Bridal flip-flops, Black Tie or Shoe Clips.

If you wish to exchange for an item that costs more than your original purchase, please place a new order. In comments write "Exchange for order number _ _ _ _ _ _ ". When we receive your return, we will refund the cost of the original order. We do not refund shipping charges.

This page is for your Exchange. Before clicking on the appropriate thumbnail image below please note: There is a $1.00 restocking fee. Please be sure to return the original item within 10 days. When we receive payment confirmation from Paypal, and the returned item, we will ship your exchange within three business days. Thank you!

OUR NO-RISK EXCHANGE POLICY:
After you receive your order, if you need another size or decide you need a different design, we take the risk out of your purchase with our exchange policy: If you ordered one to two-pair: we will accept a one-time exchange on ONE PAIR only, per order on unworn, unsoiled filp-flops within 10 days from the date you receive your order. For orders of three or more pair, we allow exchanging up to TWO PAIR, one time only, per order. Sorry, there are no refunds on our Bridal flip-flops. Exchanges can be made within 10 days from the delivery date. Mail your exchange via the United States postal service to:
